The Sunshine apartment project in Buziga, Kampala, comprises a basement level for services and parking, a ground floor with a gym, swimming pool, waiting lounges, administration, and a landscaped courtyard, three floors of apartments of varying sizes arranged around a central void, and a penthouse level with apartments and an external roof terrace.
